Our help center is full of FAQs and tutorials. However if you can't find your answer here and need help from our support team, feel free to create a ticket. You can submit a ticket from here in the help center, through our widget in the interface, or by emailing email@example.com.
Please provide us with the email address associated with your account (if different than the one you're emailing from) and a machine number if applicable. Your machine number is on your machine's detail page in the Console.
If you're experiencing any performance issues, please try to include the following in your support ticket so we can do our best to diagnose the problem:
- What Operating System you are using (i.e. Mac OSX, Windows 10, etc.).
- What browsers you're using including the browser version (If you are not sure what browser version you are using, click here.)
- Your internet and ping speed (Test it here)
- Your geographic location
- Whether your issue exists on the Paperspace app, your browser, or both.
