To update your credit card, go to the billing section in your Paperspace account. When you add a new credit card billing will run automatically, clearing your balance and renewing access to your account.
If your credit card is declined, we recommend contacting your bank directly. Sometimes perfectly "healthy" credit cards get declined for a number of reasons, from an email address that doesn't match to suspected unusual activity. If you have questions please open a support ticket.
We also increased security on our payment processor to protect fraudulent activity on Paperspace. Some users who did not enter a zip/postal code or previously entered one that doesn't match your billing address, you will need to re-enter the card.
If you have a balance that is not cleared for thirty days, we will have to deactivate your account.
