Machines can be provisioned by clicking the + button in the Machines section of the console. You'll be prompted to choose your machine type, pricing plan, and operating system. The Team Administrator can also create a new user for that new machine or assign the new machine to an existing user.
For the Basic Setup type, a name, email address, password and plan must be provided.
If you are using Active Directory, a valid AD username and plan must be provided.
