Sometimes credit card companies decline charges they think are suspicious or outside of the cardholder's normal behavior. Unfortunately, when a card is declined the bank does not give us more information than that, and we recommend being in direct contact with your bank.
When entering your credit card, you must enter the postal/zip code of your billing address associated with your credit card account.
Some international users may have difficulty with their postal codes not being accepted or their credit cards being declined by their banks. If this happens and your postal code is correct, please contact your bank to authorize the charge.
For our Canadian users, if the Canadian postal code is not accepted, try this workaround:
-Take the three numbers in your postal code (A2B 3C4)
-Enter them with two zeros afterward: (23400)
